The Yamaha FP-9C is a double-chain drive, single kick-drum pedal designed for pro stage and studio use. It features a quick-adjusting cam, axle-stabilizing bearing chamber, low-profile stabilizing hinge, easy-access, auto-lock spring adjustment, weight-adjustable beater, independent beater/footboard angle adjustment, and ball bearing drive connection. It also has anti-skid heel spikes.
