From the original Lone Star run, featuring a Custom Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Plus bridge humbucker, one-piece maple neck, Bi-Flex truss rod, Micro-Tilt adjustment, 22 medium-jumbo frets, and die-cast tuners. In implausibly great shape for a 30yo High Gloss Black guitar; minor finish wear and a couple mild scratches but looks very clean from most any angle. Dialed in and set up in-shop, plays and sounds great with no issues and low action. Includes original accessories. A NEW deluxe tweed wooden hardshell case with red plush interior is also included.

Part of Fender’s original Hot Rodded American Series, the U.S. Lone Star Stratocaster took the proven American Standard platform and gave it a factory-installed performance upgrade. Two Texas Special single-coils deliver muscular, blues-ready Strat tone, while a custom Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Plus humbucker adds the power and sustain needed for heavier lead and rhythm work. Special five-way switching preserves the essential Stratocaster combinations while putting a full humbucker sound immediately on tap.
