The Jazzmaster Never Looked Better!

The Jazzmaster was designed for the jazz market, but while jazz guitarists never adopted it, it was soon a hit with surf guitarists. This Custom Shop Jazzmaster Relic is a cool nod to the offset original and all the surf, rock, punk, postpunk and alt/indie music it has contributed to on stages far and wide.

1967’s Summer of Love and Flower Power movement influenced mainstream fashions worldwide, and Fender was on board with its new Pink Paisley Telecasters. This Limited Edition guitar evokes that look and spirit transplanted onto a vintage spec, pre-CBS '62 Body Jazzmaster with all the vintage tone and appointments of those iconic models! This Limited Edition Custom Shop Jazzmaster is the apex in looks, tone, and playability!

A Closer Look

This absolutely stunning guitar features loads of custom-selected appointments to truly set it apart from other Jazzmasters. The select 2-piece Alder body has been hand-sorted for weight and comes in at 8lbs 6ozs. The Hand-Wired Vintage Jazzmaster Pickups sport Black Relic Covers and are encased by a gorgeous '58 Aged Gold anodized aluminum pickguard, which matches the Reliced Gold hardware including the vintage-style Jazzmaster bridge. Further distinguishing the look of this handsome guitar is the bold Black Paisley Relic finish covering a Silver Paisley finish which peeks out in just the right places. The Quater-Sawn Roasted Maple Neck features a '57 style soft "V" back, 7.25-9.50 compound radius, and a 1.65" nut. It's topped by a truly stunning 21-Fret AAA Rosewood fretboard (sorted for dark wood).
